Our Mission Statement
We, the members of St. Christopher Church, are called by God to become a Believing, Loving, Caring and Welcoming Catholic Community. We commit ourselves personally and collectively to study the WORD of God and to proclaim the GOOD NEWS to the world. We gather together to celebrate the LOVE of Jesus in the Holy Eucharist, which inspires and urges us to serve our brothers and sisters as bread broken for many. Filled with the knowledge and love of Christ, we go to the world as a CHRISTOPHER*, bearing the light of the Gospel values.
*Christopher means "Christ-bearer".

Saturday and Sunday after all Masses
Representatives from Bethlehem (wafa AlSahouri) with (The Shepherd And The Lost Sheep 🐑)will be with us on September 14&15 , 2024, to ask for your help and blessing for the native people of the Holy Land in Bethlehem. These families, sixty years ago, made up 18% of the population. Due to recent events in the Middle East, it has caused these families to face devastating economical strain, and caused the population to decrease to less than 2% in the Holy Land. These families have relied on the income from their religious hand carved olive wood artifacts to tourist. So we have come to the USA to try to help support these families by bringing their artifacts here to sell in the USA. All the proceed from sales will be send back to the families of the Holy Land so that they may be able to keep their homes and provide their families. The last few years were very tough for the Christian families, and this is the only source of income .

September: For the care of water
Fr. Cristóbal Fones, International Director of the Pope’s Worldwide Prayer Network, notes that water is one of the great essentials of life.
“This prayer intention invites us to think deeply about creation, to safeguard it, and to look with God’s eyes on those who today have to walk for miles to obtain a bit of clean water, and to convert what we see into concrete actions that demonstrate moderation, care, and solidarity,” he says in the press release. “No one should live without water, and no one should die because they lack water.”
